Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

I like the colour and design and the material seems good quality, but I’m 5’11 and I find the T-shirt is incredibly long, and while i appreciate it’s not slim fit I find it’s quite baggy and pretty shapeless to be honest. Not as good as I’d expect for what is quite an expensive tshirt.
