Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Ordered XS. Great fabric and lining. Chest fit is fine, as is arm length. I have a 30" waist and the jacket has a baggy look around the midriff, with about 15cm too much fabric. Will need to get it altered to get a decent fit.
