You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.
As we do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order at passenger-clothing.com for your replacement item(s).

- Tested to minimum 4,000mm water resistant rating.
- Insulated with 60gram Thermore® Ecodown - post consumer PET bottles.
- Light-weight and packs into pocket.
- 2 side zipper pockets.
- YKK zips throughout.
- Internal zipper chest pocket.

- Elastic cuffs and hem.

- Reproof after washing to maintain water resistant properties.

It looks great, keeps me nice and warm in the British winter and it was delivered on time - really impressed!
Just worth noting that it does run slightly small - I'm usually in between a medium & large, I ordered a large and it's on the lower end of large clothing.

I bought it because I really liked the looks and colors. It felt like an outdoor jacket. However, I am really disappointed. Two major factors. The first one is fit. The arms are really narrow, and the torso part is really wide, like the proportions are off. My arms barely fit, but I can fit another half of myself in the torso part. The second one is holding heat, I can feel the heat leave the body around my shoulders and upper back in the cold and because of the strange fit I can’t fit a thicker shirt under the jacket as an extra layer.
