The Switchback is crafted in Polartec® Microfleece that is breathable, soft against the skin and keeps you warm without the weight. The perfect travel fleece that packs away in a backpack when you don't need it, performs as a mid-layer and has zip pockets for when you are using it as a top layer.
The lightweight Polartec® micro fleece fabric performs as a mid or top layer to suit any weather and all-year wear. It’s breathable, super soft, and can easily be stored away if things warm up. These sit in the mid-range of our Polartec® offering, great roadtrip companions for all seasons and escapes.

Bought size L, fits perfectly given the casual design and relaxed fit. I’m 79kg, athletic, 179cm tall and my actual chest measurement put me into the XL size, but experience told me otherwise. I usually wear a Large, except sometimes with Patagonia I wear a Medium. If you aren’t toward the top end of the size, maybe size down from what the cart says, or just choose your regular size. It is not a super technical fleece, so is actually very warm and cosy. Well made, nice details, communicated quality, haven‘t taken it off since I got it, looks like it won’t pill up anytime soon.
