I am 5’4 140 athletic belt and I received the vest and it fits like a men’s medium. It’s huge.. I’m not sure if they sent the wrong item. I ordered a small for a woman and I am swimming in it.. if they had an extra extra small, I would re-order. I would have loved to keep it. It is very cute, but I think it’s made for a larger individual.
