You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

The Flora has been a community favourite for a long time, and with good reason. This season we are bringing you the new and improved Flora 2.0, the perfect longline insulator.
With an upgrade in the fit department, a new unique quilting design and up to date arm branding, you will want this jacket with you on every adventure. You asked and we listened.

I am too short to wear this (I am 5ft), but I still kept it because it looks ok on me, though very long, and it is like wearing a sleeping bag or like being hugged all the time. It's comfortable and keeps me warm. I have worn it in -12 temperatures. Love it.

I have a few ‘sleeping bag coats’ but this has fast become my favourite! It’s very comfortable and so lightweight it doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing a coat! The inside is really soft and I love the oversize fit. I have had lots of compliments on the colour too. Would definitely recommend!
