You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

The Escapism is our changing robe with a super soft, cosy and snug sherpa fleece lining. Get changed anywhere in privacy and comfort, dry off, stay warm and keep the elements at bay. Built with 100% recycled single-use plastic bottles with a PFC-Free water resistant coating.

- 100% Recycled REPREVE polyester ripstop (50D) with a PFC-free water repellent coating (DWR), and a full recycled sherpa fleece lining.
- REPREVE fabric is made from recycled, single-use plastic bottles and finished with a PFC-Free water repellent coating. Recycled polyester reduces our dependence on petroleum, cuts out the water and air pollution produced when creating virgin polyester, alongside preventing unnecessary landfill waste.

I bought this for beach use & winter dog walks. Whilst I think it would be okay for beach use but it wasn’t strong enough fabric for dog walks - the wind went through it.
It was also bigger than I expected. I bought small as I’m size 10, 5’7”. I should have bought XS for wearing as a coat.

I'm a swimmer and I was looking to replace my tattered old parka. I wanted to purchase something made from recycled materials and I stumbled upon PASSENGER. Though it is a changing robe, I use it for cold winter morning swims and it is absolutely perfect. The lining is plush, soft, and warm. The shell is great for keeping out the cold and light rain. I am so happy with my purchase and I've recommended it to all of my fellow swimmer friends!
FIT: I'm 5'3", athletic build. I got the medium and it fits very large on me. If I wanted a more fitted look, I would have purchased a small. However, the medium is roomy and perfect for layering sweaters and for changing after swimming/ocean adventures.
