You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.

We’ve all been there, up sh*t creek without a waterproof. Packable and fully seam sealed the Downpour keeps you dry when you need it, packing down small to fit in your backpack and out in a flash when the wind picks up and the skies darken.
Then the steep climb begins and venting heat is a must. That's why we added underarm zips to stop overheating, no more 'on off on off'.
All of our waterproof gear is treated with PFC-free durable water repellents (DWRs). Committing to PFC-free puts less stress on the environment and zero reliance on forever chemicals.

This jacket kept me dry during the rain and on waterfall hikes. I love how comfy the material is and how well it fits. I have a lot of hair and the hood was still able to fit over my head with no problems, plus, it's packable and lightweight so now it's a staple in my adventure gear.
