Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.

Love this fleece, amazing fit and fleece is nice and thick.
Only down side was on its first wash, despite being on its own, washed as directed and with a colour catcher. The blue hood leaked dye which has made the white sleeves do a little grey which is a bit sad
