You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.
As we do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order at passenger-clothing.com for your replacement item(s).

The Alaska has been a community favourite for a long time now and for good reason. This season we bring you the new and improved Alaska 2.0 with an improved outer material and an internal pocket based on feedback from our customers.

I flipping love this coat. It is perfect for chucking on before walking the dog or nipping out to the pub/shop etc. It is so light but so warm. Lots of pockets for all your rubbish. It looks stylish too. It’s my ‘go to’ every time now, so I’m no longer wearing any of my 40 odd other coats! Highly recommended. I am a size 12. I ordered a medium and it’s quite roomy, you could easily fit a big jumper under if you wanted.

I absolutely love this jacket. It is the perfect length, is flexible and comfortable, and the pocket placement is perfect. It immediately turned into the jacket I reach for most.
My only complaint is that all the pockets only have fleece lining one side each.

The jacket itself is lovely and cosy, exactly what I was looking for however the steel blue is pictured being quite a vibrant blue and is not at all that colour. It is very much a steel grey/blue which I’m disappointed in. I don’t know what editing was done to the pictures to get it that colour.
