You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.
As we do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order at passenger-clothing.com for your replacement item(s).

This coat has had a baptism of fire. It arrived yesterday, and today - on its maiden voyage, it had sleet to deal with.
For the weight (or near complete lack of it) it is astonishing at how warm it kept me. Also, how dry I was when making it to the pub after the half hour amble.
I obviously can't attest to the longevity - but so far it has absolutely shone.

Does exactly what it says, keep you warm when you're active. I commute by bike and train and use it every day. For now in East of France the autumnal weather is setting in with is cold foggy morning and warm shinny afternoon and this jacket tackle in it extremely well. Keep me warm in the morning and easily fit in my bag in the afternoon, ready to be used in the evening. Love the color which breaks off the usual black or grey of winter usual clothes. The vest fits me well with a regular fit. I'm 175 cm and ordered M size.

A great jacket but with one flaw...
Wonderfully looking, super light, really warm, layers well, and colour scheme is wicked, especially when on the mountains for visibility and safety.
Only, I'm left really disappointed with the sleeves. With cuffed/gathered hems, it should fit tight around the wrist but it's not tight and is really open. Not really aligned with the rest of the jacket fit and doesn't keep the cold out from the wrist.
