This bag looks good, but it appears to have been designed for men, and did not consider the female form. The straps were in completely the wrong place, all straps, despite being done up tight, were still too loose. For context, I am 5ft10 and usually a 12/14, so not small by any measure. It was my first and will be my last order from Passenger.

It's disappointing that despite adjusting all the straps, you found them to be in the wrong position and still too loose - we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when the pack looked good otherwise.
