I really love the colour, materials and style of this shirt. I knocked a point off because, as others have mentioned, it does have very padded, 80's style, shoulder pads which is a shame as it spoils the fit of the shirt. I ended up having it adjusted at a tailors as I liked it that much. Otherwise, I would have sent it back
