Very fast delivery. Gorgeous bag to take the edge off the all black gear I've ordered elsewhere (please do include a petite size range - I'm only 4'11" - would have ordered a jacket if I didn't know there was zero chance it would fit) and I'll likely be ordering the cover if it's rainproof and not just rain resistant. Just a few tweaks for the price (not cheap) would make it perfect and impossible to criticise. 1) A mesh airflow panel on the back for those hot, sweaty days. 2) Include chest and waist straps that can be moved to suit different heights. 3) Include rainproof cover as standard, as there's a pocket designed for that. 4) Studs on the bottom of the bag to keep the fabric off of dirty/wet surfaces. 5) Grip tags on all the zips - not just on the one at the front of the bag. Those little bits of knotted cord work loose and get lost. 6) The bag is well and cleanly made, except for one bit of stitching on the one I received at the top of the orange panel just under the zip that had been stopped and started with overlapping stitching and loose threads. It should really have been rejected/redone to be continuous. It's the weakest link. I appreciate that this is more of a fashion piece than a piece of kit a serious hiker would buy, but at the price, I'd love to see it get even better. I bought the 18l because I'm small and I'll likely just be using it for walking days out. What with Scotland often having 4 seasons in one day, we need to go prepared. At least…

Sadly the bag was not the same as the pictures and the description is slightly misleading. I was wanting it for long hikes but it doesn’t have any of the straps to secure the bag that go across the chest or around the waist which are essential for this kind of thing.

This is a sturdy rucksack that’s really well made. I bought it to use as a carry-on on the plane and then as a day bag whilst touring on holiday. It has fitted both jobs perfectly. Really pleased with this, as I have been with all the Passenger things I’ve bought.
